Default Everyone weigh in 12/13/08
It's time again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

(Sorry this is late, everyone. Had a busy day yesterday involving hauling all cats off to the vet for their yearly shots. Whew!)

Me: 186.5, down half a pound from last week. Not great, not terrible either. One more week till the two week plant shut down. I hope I can keep it together when that happens!

It's not my official weigh in, but I weighed in this morning at 207.6....considering it's my TOM, I was quite happy about that

Well I weighed in on Thursday but I was down to 225 which was 5 down from last Friday when I weighed in at the doc's office at 230 but I think I was retaining water weight because the week or so before that I was 227. In any case, the numbers are going down and thats all I can ask for at this point.

136 -- I think I'm getting the hang of this maintenance thing. I'm about a day out from my TOM, so up 2-3 pounds is about par for the course for me...

I am not sure what I weighed last week... But this morning I was 162 which I haven't seen in ages! My weight has been bouncing between 166-163 for a good couple of months... I am 3 months off the medication that I think was messing with me...and 6 months on Kathleen DesMaissons Radiant Recovery plan so I am finally feeling the benefits that I know were happening under the meds... Couldn't be more thrilled... Cheers everybody!
