I am having a very annoying plateau and I can't deal!
I haven't lost a lb since our first WI during our 20-something BL competition (almost 3 weeks!) My pants are looser so I think I am losing inches but I just don't know why the scale isn't budging! I typically eat about 1200-1400 calories/day and work out 35-65 min/day with tae bo or treadmill and sometimes 30DS also.
I even tried a few days eating much less calories and that didn't work. And I tried eating more and that didnt' work either! How do you deal with the plateau?
And has anyone started to lose lbs after a plateau? How long did your plateaus last????
