I like fruit, or sometimes a spoon of peanut butter or square of dark chocolate.

The great news is that it DOESN'T matter when you eat your calories. As long as you are on plan for the whole day, you should be in good shape.

I always have fruit, sugar free pudding, or a handful of nuts. Those are my before bed time usuals!

Speaking of the natural peanut butter, the stuff on top is oil, right? I am contemplating pouring off my oil to save some fat grams. Yes, I know it will be thick. What are yall's thoughts?

idk, i think it'll get too gritty especially at the bottom. i always find the bottom of the jar to be the driest and almost crumbly.

I do herbal tea if I'm out of calories, with a splash of sugarfree raspberry syrup. If I have the calories (and I usually make sure I do), I'll have one fudgesicle.
