Default Sugar Free Pudding is Phase II?
I'm still on phase one and I thought the sugar free pudding was ok on phase I but then I read on the forum that they are phase II?

That's right. You can have SF Jello but not pudding because of the cornstarch in it.

If you had just one today and you're not feeling any cravings, I wouldn't say to start PI over again. Just keep going!

I agree with BetseySungQueen. Just continue on with whatever day you are on in Phase 1, unless your cravings have come back. In that case, just extend Phase 1 another two days.
