WW Clubs and Groups - Thursday Weigh In Results - 1st wk in May

Okay, the Subject is a long one.:lol: I got carried away writing.

I'm trying to decide whether to weigh in this time or not. Today I had major water retention. Could it be from those 3 Diet Cokes I drank yesterday. :( I'm not drinking all the water like I did on vacation. Oh well, I shall start doing better--tomorrow.

I weighed in on Wed morning, just cause I did :s: Looks like I'm down 2 pounds.

So now it's everyone else's turn! I'm sure you all did great this week, if not at the scale, then at doing your best!

About that phrase, friends, Romans, countrymen (women in our case)-- It comes from a Shakespeare story. I 've always heard it and just thought it fit. Am I crazy??? Probably. :)

I managed to lose 2 lbs this week. In order to do that I had to eat under my range. :?: I will be thankful for the loss though. We'll see what next week brings. Good luck to all.....Sis

Nah your not crazy Tina, I've just never heard the phrase before, so maybe Im the crazy one :)

Also congrats to Susan on loosing... I read that on the other thread... let us know how you do with your knee brace.
