Welcome back! Has all info been updated? The Paganchicks board is quite slow... but I think some people still do read it.

Welcome back. Indeed the Pagan section is very slow. The Alternachicks area is a little more lively, so you chat up in there if you'd like.

thanks for the welcome! all data has been updated..re-starting so no loss as of yet. doing atkins so I should see some change by next week's weigh in.
