Default I made it through the whole class!
a couple weeks ago I did my 1st spin class. I liked the class but could only go half way through before my legs just couldn't handle anymore. I was extremely sore for a few days after! so, I decided to try it again. Tonight I FINISHED THE WHOLE CLASS!!! Plus I wasn't even that sore! something has changed in the last two weeks i guess! anyway, I was so happy to finish the whole class and not have my legs feel like wobbly noodles , just wanted to share!

just to update: my legs were a little sore this morning, but nothing like after the 1st class! I even was able to work out today, yey

Great job. I have never done anything like that, those spin classes look really aggressive. Congrats on making it through and being able to workout again today!
