I am down 0.7 lbs. After three (yes three) separate thanksgivings, I'm ecstatic.

A big whopping 0.4 lb loss for me. Thanksgiving was reasonable, but I had a couple days of bad eating (just due to poor planning on my part) that didn't help things.

Group total = 1.1 lbs

I have not had an official weigh in since 11/17. Made it through Thanksgiving and vacation with a 1.8 lb loss! I am very happy...I didn't track or do any real counting for 2 weeks just tried to see if I could "naturally" eat healthy and light. I am thrilled! So my total is 58.2 since January and the group total for this month is 17.55!!!!!
