I find I do very well if I'm at home all day. I get my water in, stay with the program, but as soon as I go out for a day, it's all over! I got the restaurant guide from my center, and some of the restaurants aren't in this area.
My immediate problem is that I'm going to Seattle for three days this week. I'm meeting a friend and we are going to stay in a hotel and do some marathon Christmas shopping. Then I'm going to my cousin's house. He doesn't cook much, so we'll go out.
I did pretty well over Thanksgiving, but my overall weight loss as slowed, and I don't want to backslide!
Any suggestions for not giving in to temptations while on the road?
