General Diet Plans and Questions - Anyone tried the Cabbage Soup Diet?

Hello there, My name is Sharon I'm a newbie:wave:
I have only begun my diet journey and I am finding the hard way that starvation is not the way to go for me. I need to feel full sometimes you know;) I have heard about this cabbage soup plan and wondered if anyone here has ever tried it? If so how did it work out for you? Thanks for everyone's great help and this great web page for helping and motivating me!
