Before I introduce myself I'd like to tell everyone Happy Thanksgiving.
Then, moving on to the junk in my trunk... :eek:
I've never really dieted but I've never eaten well either. I have never been thin nor is it my goal. I want to look better and feel better and seeing how supportive and informational everyone is here I knew I had to join in.
Now I'm ready to shed a few layers and feel a hundred times better.
Off to buy my first ever scale and work my way into my old clothes again. Hope everyone has a great holiday.
