I've been gone for a while but now I'm back! When I started here I was at 240 and trying to get to my first mini goal of 220. Before that my highest weight was 253. Well, I blew past that and now I'm at 210-211! I can see such a difference! My face is a lot smaller and my stomach doesn't hang over my underwear anymore! My next mini goal is to get to 199 by my birthday (January 14th). I don't know if it's just me but I seem to plateau like EVERY 5LBS! Does anyone else experience this? Or is this totally normal? I feel like my shape is changing but the weight isn't going down. It's kind of annoying. I mean, I'm EXCITED that my shape is looking more curvy than rolly but the scale could help a bit too!
