I have really come to appreciate all of you in the 100lb club so much! I've looked at the other forums here on 3FC and they are good but I think the 100lb club stands out as the best (shhhh don't tell anyone! )

A new week is coming and it's Thanksgiving week! I thought we could use some extra encouragement as we head into the biggest eating day of the year. So put your thinking caps on.

Look at the person above you in this thread and tell them at least two specific things that you appreciate about them. If you don't know them then go read a few of their posts and get to know them a little better!

Specific means don't say "I think you are great" or "you're a nice person" those are too general. If you think someone IS great think of some reasons why and tell them those! You can participate as much as you want - the more encouragement the better!

Oh there is one little catch - only talk about the person above you. Don't answer people who said nice things about you in the thread.

I think it's great you took a picture of yourself and posted it. I wish I had a before picture. I'm just not brave enough to take or post one. maybe someday.

Michelle- I admire your commitment to weight loss and your acceptance of the gains and losses you've had if your lifetime. I love how you are honest with yourself and everyone whether it be about yourself or advice to others.

I also love how upbeat and positive you are in regards to others bumps in the road.
