Well not actually...but i'm so pre-menstrual and sooo bloated. I look pregnant. And i cant stop eating. I just had 2 dinners :( the first one was quorn cottage pie and steamed veggies (not too bad i know). But then my flatmate mate chicken burgers and before i knew it, i had scoffed down a whole one, complete with cheese and bacon. and some fries. I feel disgusting now. But i cant stop... i always get like this each month but i feel about 10 sizes bigger than usual :(
Any miracle cures to get rid of the bloat and beat the hunger??

I wish I knew. I get really hungry too sometimes from TOM. I don't mean hungry as in something fixed with an extra snack or a more generous dinner portion. I mean I could fully double all my meals and snacks, and still not be full. I'm feeling that way last night and today. I do go ahead and eat a little more. I don't believe in being kinda cruel to myself (at least, that's how it feels to me when I'm starving). But I can't just eat tons.

Yesterday I got a big ole' Diet Coke from McDonald's, which helps some. But I really, really hate to do that. I had a ridiculously huge Diet Coke problem. But I'm going for another one this morning I think.

When its my TOM i am ravenous. Starting on the pill has helped some actually, but i used to just eat and eat and never get full, it was horrible. I would feel bloated, and just ugh.
I can say the only thing that helped was drinking tons of water, and working out at least a little bit, like a walk or something. I don't have any advice on how to stop the hunger though, sorry.

Last week was my TOM and I pounded tons of water & wound up losing 3 pounds when I weighed on Monday. And that definitely fills you up & doesn't really make you want to eat. Try that & see if it helps.

I probably already drink a gallon a day. But maybe that will help someone.

As I type this, I am balancing a giant diet Coke on my lap. I go through the drive through a couple of times a week, simply to get a giant diet coke, and occasionally treat myself to a small fry.

Awww... poor you! Sometimes it's just really really hard. I have an unstoppable urge to snack tonight. You'd say that after pasta with lots of vegetables and even a little piece of sausage I'd be full... but no, everything still in my cupboard keeps passing through my head. Stop it already! And I'm not even really hungry. The fact that one of my neighbors is having pizza and that I can smell it isn't helping either. I've been drinking cups of tea with skim milk all night to help me get rid of it. I find that the tea fills me up better with some milk in it (or maybe it's just a psychological thing; no idea, as long as it helps...).

What helps with me often is that I say loud out to myself: "This is enough! You have eaten this and this and this already, and you are not even hungry. Stop it now. I won't eat any more." It feels then like I have made a promise to myself and I'm not likely to break it.

MISO SOUP!!!!! Low calorie, yummy and filling!!

Diet Coke/Coke Zero really does the trick for me too! I can eat obscene amounts of food but my appetite has shrunk and drinking calorie free soda with my meals helps!

I also drink a huge diet coke when I'm feeling like I could eat more and know that I can't. That almost always helps....especially at around 2 PM when I'm dying to leave work and head to the McDonald's down the street. When I get in the drive through I just order a huge diet coke and then I feel better in my tummy and in my mind because I know I didn't ruin my whole day by eating fast food.
