Ok I am to this .Never posted but here it goes. I was a life time member of ww I gained all my 60 pounds back and then some I started back to ww a year ago at the wieght of 237 Last yr I lost 35 so far this yr it still at 35
I go up an down I know what to do ,I just dont do it .I feel bad I cannt stick with it I think part of me just doesnt want to be opsense with it ,like I did in the past If that makes sense.Oh well I guess I was just feeling over whemled today Thaks for letting me vent.

HI Patty!
I had the same problem with the ww program. I lost 110 lbs and gained back 65 or so. No matter what I did I gained and lost, that cycle. I finally joined curves and do ww on my own. I have since lost inches and weight. I guess that I needed to boost my metabolism. Hope to hear from you soon!

thanks WHat is curves I guess its that you measure yourself Is it a group?

I have checked into Curves for Women and it seems like an interesting idea. Do you think it really works?

I blew it off mostly because I couldn't figure out who would take care of my kids while I went but I'd still be interested in your opionion of Curves and how its worked for you.
