Well there are certainly worse things to eat. If you get hungry again this evening, I'd recommend finding something that looks like a vegetable. Then at your next scheduled meal or snack, just get back on track. It's really not as bad as you may be thinking it is right now.
And if this is something that you enjoy, you can make it yourself using chicken breast and make your own yellow rice with Uncle Ben's Converted Rice and saffron. Just eat plenty of vegetables and you'll do fine.
Thank you for the tip and I will eat some more vegetables, but so far and is 1130 so good.That doesn't mean I won't binge as I have done some of my best binging around 1am
