Thai Express - Tom Yum Noodle soup
Hi all, wondering if anyone has the nutritional value on this stuff... I have been searching and searching to no avail.. nothin I can find anywhere really.. a few peices here and there have allowed me to piece together that it may be around 5 points? the soup itslef is about 50 cal per cup, there is definitely not more than 2 cups in a serving because there is about 1 cup of rice noodles in there.. I think they are 3 points per 1/2 cup and I am going to guess that my Friday lunch will amount to 7 points? What would you say? Anyone???
