Default Getting started...have a question

I tried doing calorie counting but it didn't work well for me. So, I'm getting ready to go back to WW (which worked for me after babies #1 and #2). Baby #3 is no 17 months old and I'm still trying to get off that extra 20 pounds.

So my question is - I bought the WW at Home kit back in early 2005. Do any of you know if the WW plan has changed since then? I'm still debating whether I need a new kit...

Thanks!

I have the newer kit and from all that I have read here and on other forums it is still pretty much the same thing. Follow your points for your weight, and you are allowed 35 flex points per week. The the exercise factor too.

Glad to see you on board

Well, that's good to hear! I have to go get a battery for my points calculator (I really relied on that last time), and I'm going to spend some serious time meal planning because that's my downfall. My plan is to do this all weekend, then start with weigh-in and points counting on Monday.

sounds like a good plan, I found if I could find recipes that were real close to what I was already eating but ww friendly I do much better.

Good luck and let us know how it goes
