Default Switching to WW Flex

After a lot thought and a few talks with DH we are going with WW Flex. He can eat a more normal diet and have the things he likes and I can have what I want and like as well. SB diet is great and I love it but it causes DH to be a Grump and I can't live with that 24/7. Buying in stuff that he can eat and having it around will only tempt me to eat it as well so if we both work at the same diet we will both be happier.
We are at home all day with each other and trust me having a Grump around is no fun. So after a lot of talking we are going to switch to a diet that he can handle easier and make my life easier.
I am letting all of you know as I want you all to know that I am very grateful for your support and help and would hate you to think I took it for granted.
I will be around in the WW bit.

Paula, I'm glad you've found a solution for you and DH. Hope you enjoy WW Flex and look forward to reading of your success on the WW boards.

I have just decided to do this too, but I am keeping my sbd principles to be my guide for foods I eat... I still plan to eat whole grain (it only makes sense because of simple carbs causing cravings) I just kinda feel the same way you do about it being hard, except mine is different reasons behind it... My dh eats whatever so if I eat healthier he will too...I just think with the holidays being around right now and other things, I am for some reason not super motivated right now and having slip ups because I am being lax so trying to COUNT will hopefully help me. Also, a friend at work is doing ww right now so there is extra motivation for counting.... ok, I am rambling... good luck with your diets! Whatever you choose stay on 3fc! mucho mucho support!
