Exercise Equipment - Has anyone used the Easy Curves workout tool?

I was just wondering if it actually works. I was thinking about buying one because the informercial kind of sold me. But I'm gullible to those things =/.

Feedback, good or bad welcome on this product and whether it actually builds the muscle it promises.
