Ok, I'm sure everyone has heard a million things about Acai Berry, but I'm wondering if it is worth the purchase? I know it's the new rage in Hollywood, but I'm wondering if it will really help to boost my metabolism. I'm prone to panic attacks, so I will not take anything that will make me feel jittery, but I've heard the anti-oxidants are amazing.

Anyone know?

Not sure, but I am wondering about this too. I just bought the new Acai Berry V8 blended juice. I AM IN LOVE!!! So yummy.... and I don't typically like juice! It has a great flavor. It kinda tastes like.....well.....um....... fruit punch kool aid! I would try it!

Acai is loaded with antioxidants. However, this does not boost your metabolism and won't help weight loss or energy. It will help protect against cancer, cardiovascular risks, and certain other diseases

Unscrupulous marketers may make claims such as boosting metabolism and weight loss, but they are really just trying to boost sales.
