sh,
What in the world is baked bean tea??
I had veggie lasagna fro dinner, it was yummy and hit the spot, I was craving comfort food what with the nasty cold rainy weather here in Italy...
Planning on staying on track as well, and this does help me too!

sh315 Congrats are being so close to your goal! You've been working so hard, I bet you're going to look amazing at the event coming up!!
Well I am feeling pretty good today. I wasn't very excited to weigh in today as it is TOM, but I was very pleasantly surprised that I lost 1.4!!!
Tonight my roomie and I are getting chinese food, which I totally deserve. Every friday night I get to have a special meal where I don't worry about calories. It helps me not feel deprived.
I am slightly worried about not reaching my Thanksgiving goal of 153, but I know that if I keep OP and get my exercise in I should be able to reach it.
So far all I've had today is cheerios for breakfast, but I'm on the west coast so it's still only 1pm here and I slept in til 11
Everyone good luck this weekend!!

Yay - I love weekend support!
My eating has been really on track these last two weeks but that's because I have been so damn busy!
Anyway- my weekend goal is to continue on my excellent eating plan and stay away from junk food at rehearsals and the urge to get fast food afterwards!

I'll go for any day of the week support!!
I've not had a great week food wise but after seeing a photo taken of me earlier in the week I am so motivated. I couldn't believe how big I looked in it. I normally try to hide behind something or someone but got caught out on this one With my newly found motivation I've already planned out my entire menu for next week. I just need to go out and buy the food now.

Well. Today was not so good. I have eaten the following things:
Breakfast
2 x whole-wheat bread with jam
Slice of melon
Glass of buttermilk
Snack
Clementine
Lunch
1 croissant (!)
1 slice of whole-wheat bread with tahin
Apple
Dinner
Pasta, with cheese and cauliflower (it was at somebody else's house and they had the cheese mixed in so I couldn't really avoid it. I tried to take a small portion though.)
Snack
3 bottles of beer (1 l total) (!)
6 peanuts
6 slices of french bread with herb butter (!)
Total is probably 2000-2200 calories? I don't feel like counting.
I cycled for an hour but I think that doesn't really count as exercise, because it was not continuous and it is not too tiring. Tomorrow is about time to go running again. Come on, chop chop. I know I can do better than this.

I find that I can do somewhat better on the weekends, which is usually the opposite I guess of other people. But especially with exercise, I like knowing that there really aren't any time constraints and that I can do whatever I want there for however long....within reason, of course!
I am looking forward to a nice, relaxing weekend! I have been going nonstop since last week it seems, so it will be nice to be able to sleep in a bit and just worry about cleaning up a bit and nothing else really.
I hope everyone has a productive weekend

I'm in for weekend support, for sure!
Sh3l5 - Wow, look at you! Good luck starting maintenance!
misstraveller - I am SO JEALOUS that you live in Italy, rain and all! I spent a semester in Milan two years ago and cannot wait to go back.

I ate like a bottomless pit this week...getting ready to face my divorce and have been so depressed and crying all week...stuffing my feelings with food and not moving an inch for exercise. So yes, I need all the support I can get as I gained 5 lb this week. Tomorrow will be busy with volunteering at a local food pantry in the morning and I have a jewelry class in the afternoon where we are learning Viking knitting...we are making bracelets. I need to shake myself out of this depression and keep my face out of the kitchen.
