must do ww weigh in tonight. last week line literally out the door (meeting in basement). I didn't stay.

spinach & roasted vegs 1

pear 1

later:
bites of spaghetti 1
cheese 1

d:
fish 2
pilaf 3
asparagus

snack:
choc milk 2.5
cow 2.5

total: 21
exercise: elliptical 40 mins -2

weighin: either stayed the same from last week (home WI) or gained 1/2 # - either way 5 or 5.5 pounds over goal...

lunch:
carrot ginger soup 1/6
salad
carrots
amy's pocket medi. veggies 5/11
spuntini:
nutrigrain bar di lampone 3/14
dinner:
cilantro pesto/pasta 6/20
no pudge brownie and a bit of cewl whip 3/23
rest of salad
exercise: 55 min elliptical, dog putter, some arm exercises
water; oh, i suppose
vitamin: yes, must, now
