Weight Loss Support - Anyone trying "Cheat To Lose" by Joel Marion/

Hi Everyone,
Just checking in to see if anyone else is trying the Cheat to Lose diet by Joel Marion. He was a Body For Life Champion and has his own book now. So far so good. I'm going out of town this weekend so I hope I can plan and stay on track.
