Thighs, I'm not Barb (who does an amazing job of volunteering for this, even though she's not a mod--thank you SO much, darling Barb! :love: ), but I'll do my best to answer. Each month, members who wish to set goals of how many minutes they'll exercise each month. They record the amount of exercise they've done in minutes on a thread. At the end of the month, the one with the most minutes is crowned "queen" and the runners-up are crowned princesses. Thanks for answering, Laurie. That's exactly right. The top person in terms of minutes is the queen and typically the princesses are those who have 1000 or more minutes. I have occasionally included lower if there are few who are over 1000 but these days we have some awesome exercisers.
I typically give people a couple of days after the first to update their posts from the prior month before I tally up the minutes. I do not have time to add up minutes so if you don't add them up yourself then I dont' include you in the challenge. Sorry about that but it's hard to find time these days.
On the challenge, you just post what you exercise and edit your post as you exercise during the month. It's easiest if you tally your minutes as you go. You don't have to record minutes if you prefer to record your exercise in some other manner but I only use minutes for the Exercise Queen.
