Good morning Jen (and everyone else lurking!!)

I weighed in this morning since I thought I was retaining fluid from my sald intake on Sun (I have WI on Monday and stayed the same) I am happy to report I lost 2 pounds this week (and I just got TOM this morning!)

Breakfast:

Special K 3
coffee 0


Lunch:

slimfast 5
water 64 oz.

Dinner:

chicken breast 3
salad 3
peas 1

Snack:

yep!

Exercise: 45 min/treadmill/3 miles

Total = 18 pts.
