My goal this month is to run 25 miles and to walk 20 miles. I also want to strength train 3 days a week (30 mins) and continue my 1 day a week of cardio kickboxing!

Dang, have I really not posted here yet? Eeek. Must not let November get away from me.

Yesterday: 4.5 miles in about 53 minutes.
Today: 45 minutes upper body (and I upped all of my weights -- working off election hysteria?) and 30 minutes HIIT on the treadmill.
