LA Weight Loss - Proud of myself..first time in years

Well I cant believe it has been 6 weeks OP and I am sticking to it. Going to the gym and feeling pretty proud of myself. I really think I can accomplish this. Reading posts here daily have really helped me and I get alot of support at home. I havent felt this good in years.
Thank you all for this website it is a GOdsend.
14 pounds off and counting....
