Oooh nice.

We make a sort of pumpkin dish with egg whites, tuna, peas and some other things and cook it in the oven. Delish.

Thanks for sharing the recipe, Ilene.

500 calories for pancakes! Yowza! That's a third of my calories for an entire day. You'd have to be lifting some serious weight to eat all that and burn it off! :lifter:

His portion size does seem to a little off, given that he's got 1/2 can pumpkin, the equivalent of two eggs, almost a whole serving of oatmeal, plus the pancake mix going into it. Seems like a lot for one person (at least a person of my gender and size) to eat.

:chin: I'm really wondering what you make with this. Tuna isn't something I would expect to go with pumpkin.

Not my kind of recipe, but I put in the oats, mix, pumpkin, whites and protein powder into FitDay, and got 514 calories, so he's not wrong about that.

I would assume it a Tom Venuto size portion ;)
