Friday I biked for 35 minutes, rowed for 10 and walked uphill for 20.

Saturday I walked for 40 minutes.

Sunday I did the elliptical machine for 20 minutes and the bike for 50.

I'm really gaining endurance. It's amazing to me that a year ago I'd complain about 20 minutes on the elliptical machine...now I can exercise for over an hour straight!!

Patting myself on the back. Walked 1.25 miles at the mall during my lunch.

40 minutes on the elliptical trainer during my lunch hour.

I walked 28 min. at 2 miles an hour on my treadmill. For me with a triple by-pass and 5 angioplasties this is a really big deal. I'm so close to 1 mile I just can't believe it!! Hope I can make that goal by the 1st of May......

[COLOR=red]I did it, I did it, I walked a mile on my treadmill at 2 miles an hour. Yep thats right 30 min. I'm so proud of me I could almost do a double back flip!!![/COLOR

TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 18 miles, not much, but it's better than 17!!!!:D
