Default My wake-up call

3 years ago I lost almost 40 lbs. on WW and had to have my engagement and wedding rings re-sized (too big!!). Since then, I've put on 30+ lbs. and my rings were tight. Very tight. I couldn't get them off. Well last week I started an infection under my rings and yesterday I had to have them cut off at the jeweller's. If that's not an incentive, I don't know what is!

This is week 2 on track calorie with my counting (keeping it at 1700 per day).
This is week 6 at the gym (4 x per week intense cardio).

Looking forward to getting my rings back on!

Good Luck!!!

The thing with the rings happened to my daughter when she was in middle school. Not due to a weight issue, but for some reason her ring finger started swelling up. She went to the nurse who tried to slide it off with oil, and that didn't work. She called me and said we need to go to the emergency room. It was actually pretty scary as the doctor sawed the ring off. We never did find out why her finger swelled up.

Anyway, good luck!!!!
