Tried searching for this but couldn't find anything...I love this Honey Vanilla Chamomile tea, and was wondering if it is ok for phase I. Despite the name, it has no sugar in it. Here are the ingredients:

Ingredients:
Chamomile flowers, orange peel, natural honey vanilla flavor with other natural flavors, licorice root, roasted chicory root, and lemon grass.

I can do without if I have to, but peppermint right before bed just doesn't do it for me. TIA!

hmmm, I don't know- I am no expert on these things ;) sorry!
Does it have a nutritional info label on it? If it says all 0s I would imagine its ok... and if it doesn't have one I would think its ok as long as it doesn't cause you any cravings...

Honey vanilla flavor - as with most "flavors" - is a real mystery. Chances are it's fine, though. What about regular chamomile tea? I like to blend flavors and it wouldn't be tough to mix a chamomile and a vanilla scented tea to create a flavor reminiscent of the Honey Vanilla flavor.

Is it Celestial Seasonings? Zero calories, and fine :)

Yes, it is Celestial seasonings. Thanks ladies - had one and no additional cravings (other than 1/2way through phase I cravings...and not many of those!). Glad to hear I can still have them!
