I've been taking Melaleuca Daily for life women vitamin suppliments. I feel like I am getting way too many vitamins per day (according the RDA percents on the back) I know that it is possible to over do the vitamins to the point of toxicity. Has anyone tried these vitamins? Thoughts?
Yep they are very potent vitamins. I would take them just when vitamin boost is needed - like twice a year for a month, or so.
But, again, it is a good idea to consult with your doc.
