I finally made it to Onederland!! I more than halfway to my goal as well! I know I have been away and only just returned, but the support on this board is amazing. Even though I do not post a lot, I lurk often, and the encouragement is so wonderful here that it has helped me enormously!

OMG that is so awesome!!! You go girl!! This is especially inspirational to me because we started at almost the same weight... And it's so amazing to see that it CAN be done--you're living proof of it! I'm sure we all know that it couldn't've been easy, and I am astounded by all of the hard work that you've done. SERIOUSLY. I got close at 215 and then went on fertility meds and added back 50 pounds in two months and have been hovering at this weight for 2 years now, give or take 15 pounds....I am fairly new to the boards...what diet are you following?

I am currently working with a doctor on a low calorie, low carb plan.
