Hi all! I've been lurking for a few weeks, finally joined and wanted to say hello.

I've been on SB since July 28, 2008.

I was doing really well until October 2. Up until then I had a flawless Phase 1, and only a few days off-plan on Phase 2. I was down to 137.5. Then, I indulged my sweet tooth which blossomed into 9 days in October REALLY off plan. I was 141.5 this AM (with PMS). I'm thankful it's not more.

At the beginning of my "slip" I didn't really think the sugar cravings had returned. I was wrong! I am now convinced that the crazy sugar cravings I started having had both a physical and a psychological component. I have been daydreaming about cake!

Phase 1 (the first time) really helped me: get the physical cravings under control, get comfortable with the sense that I was getting all of the good food I NEEDED, and, therefore, get the psychological cravings under control.

Therefore, I restarted Phase 1 on October 18, which makes this my 4th day.

This forum has REALLY helped, so thanks for the inspiration!
