Back to logging weight. Have been in Africa for 2 weeks. They fed us constantly and I was sure I was going to come back to a huge gain, but I actually came back at the exact same weight I left at! See ticker. Anyway, next week I hope to have a loss to report. Time to get back after it!

weighed in this am at 216.2 So, it's down 2 more lbs from my ticker. I've been up and down from 220 to 216 for the past 2 weeks tho. Glad to see it's settled in the teens.

Down 4.6 lbs. Last Monday I weighed 261 lbs and yesterday morning I weighed 256.4. I'm so happy I lost this week, because last week I gained almost 2 lbs.

I am down 2.2 lbs for the week for a total of 36.8.


I have a goal for next week 3.2, what a better birthday present to myself than losing 40lbs!

congrats everyone keep up the good work. I just started doing weekly weigh ins today. Last time I weighed myself that was 2 weeks ago and I was 262. Weighed in today and was 256. Lost pounds 6. total lost so far 20
