OMG, I did the math and I don't know whether to be proud of myself or scared $h!tless at my obsessive compulsize tendencies. On September first, after having surgery, I weighed in at 189 lbs, seven weeks later I am 167 lbs for a total loss of 22 lbs, or 3.1 lbs a week. And for at least two weeks I was stalled out at 174. Is this an unhealthy rate of weight loss? I've had a few days where I've been under calories and I work out a lot so I don't know if I'm hurting myself or what?
It's not the worst you could do, but not the healtiest. Losing/gaining weight too fast affects your heart, cardiovascular, and can cause loose skin. Might want to slow it down to 2/week.
I'm also curious about what you're doing - if your eating too little you could be loosing muscle instead of fat.
between 1300 and 1500 depending on the day. For a while I was as low as 1100-1300 but I upped them around mid september when I started working out more.
when I'm feeling well 75 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week and strength training 2 days a week. I've been sick for the last week though so I haven't worked out at all and that somehow broke my platau and I lost several lbs like lightening.
I would definitely increase the calories a bit. Honestly though as long your aren't feeling worn out and your lifting weights and getting enough protein I wouldn't be tooo worried. But come on, an excuse to eat MORE? Who wouldn't want that?
I'm so sorry about complaining about this on here when there are people who would LOVE to have lost like that. I feel shame *hangs head* It just seems like I've got control issues that I havet to let up on. I'm not feeling overworked or deprived, but maybe I'm deluding myself into not feeling that way.

lol I'm one of those people, but no shame girl. I say take it all in stride. You've been sick and most people lose weight when their sick. As long as you know that you're being healthy, I say you're good. Make sure you eat enough, get enough sleep, and drink water and then be happy you're losing weight!
