Diet Blogs and Journal FAQ and Help Forum - Adding measurements tracking table to blog

I'm trying to add a table of my measurements & weight on to my blog. I've added a separate page for tracking, but haven't been able to find a way to add a table. Can you import excel to a page at all? Is there any other way?
