I did it!!! I made homemade Swedish Meatballs today and they are yummy. Now they are simmering down for their final yumminess before we sit down for dinner but I am so excited that I am actually able to cook a decent meal. Now the trick for me is that I need to keep with my baby plate. One of the things that I have liked the most about this round of weight loss is that I have been eating the same foods as my family just much smaller portions than them. I have been taking a lot of time off of work lately and it has really helped me feel like a mom and wife again. I really love this cooking streak that I am on. So far still eating normal foods so I don't feel like I am starving myself. I do wish I had more veggies in the house tho....
