20-Somethings - Kate lawlers

has anyone tried the kate lawler cardio combat workout....
its from 2002 but looks quite good....

what high intensity workout dvds do you do?....
and do they show results?....

I've never heard of her. I do the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. I'm on day 20 of it. It is brutal and it's really good. You should check it out.

I do belly dancing Cardio workout they are REALLY good.
