FORM and FIXX, anyone tried it?? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

This is my first post, so go gentle on me.

I have a friend who is using FORM and I'm thinking I'm going to try it too.

The basic idea is that you take a pill before each meal. The pills contain microbeads which swell in your stomach so that you feel full after eating smaller portions. I know there's no such thing as a "magic pill", but I'm intrigued. Portion control is huge for me!

Has anyone else tried this? Or heard anything about it?

I heard about stuff similar to that, and even tried some. Never worked for me. But, hey! Let me know if you try it and it actually works...

Fiber fills you up and so does liquid. So you could drink a large glass of water before your meal and it'd do the same thing. If you really want to try added fiber, there are inexpensive fiber supplements available.

Thanks for the feedback guys! That makes sense about fiber and water, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt me to increase my fiber intake. I am going to try the FORM and I'll report back.
