Yesterday- 27 points:) (with lots of exercise)

Today-

45 minutes jogging!!

Breakfast - high Fiber special K w/ yougurt 3 points
2 slices high fiber bread - 2

Snack - veggies - 0

Lunch - Salad - 0
Chicken Cacchatorie Lean Cuisine - 5 (the portions are smaller in Canada)
