Well I did introduce myself in the introduction forum, but a welcome wagon poster mentioned coming on over to this support forum since my starting weight was 340. :)

Anyhow, hello and I am trotting along okay with my weight loss journey. I'm in a bit of a struggle at the moment, knocking down a few emotional walls if you will. I hope all is well and nice to meet you all. :hug:

I have just started to hang around on this board recently, and it's such a great place to get support from people who are in all stages of this journey. I'm really starting to believe that if these others can do this, I can, too. You are now one of my role models!!! ;)
