How many calories is that? If that's "tons more than you normally eat" that's a little disconcerting.

If you feel you ate too much in the afternoon, it's probably because you didn't eat enough for breakfast/lunch/snack. Increase calories, eat more protein and you won't be ravenously out of control at the end of the day.

There has been lots of talk on this website about eating too little. If you consider that eating too much, I think maybe you need to reasses how much you're eating and why you feel the need to eat so little... and also what it's going to do to your body.

Mmm you are ill so your body needs more fuel, and you managed to exercise!!! It´s not bad!!!
Try to focus on the positive! I know it´s hard, but you´re so strong (I´ve red your posts before and you´ve managed to loose so much) so stop it HERE!!! And stay OP for the rest of the day..

What do you mean, when you hit goal, you are going to slow down for the next 7 pounds? Are you going even lower than your 126 pound goal? How do you look and feel now? What does your doctor say about your goals? Does your doctor think you may be eating too little and working out too hard? What does your boyfriend say about this?

Even though this is a weight loss support website, there are so many other important things in addition to weight loss! Spending time with friends and loved ones and really just enjoying life. I hope you are able to fit those in around your strenuous work-out schedule.

Good luck with your goals - you are really close, and I hope you get there in the healthiest way possible.

I thought someone who is 5'7 the ideal weight for them is 135-139? that's medium built.

19.5 isn't really "ideal" its the minimum before you get start getting sick. If a person has to close to starve themselves to get there, it's not ideal. It seems you may issues with food and body image. Nobody says this to be mean or embrass you. I think you really need to take a step back and look at exactly what you are doing and what emotions you are going through right now. What started out as healthy weight loss can sometimes spin out of control.
