Default I can actually see it today!

Today is the first time I've been able to see and feel any noticeable muscle definition in my arms!

I noticed this unusual dip on my outer thighs earlier this week and looked it up in a panic thinking I was doing something wrong and discovered it is perfectly normal muscle definition there, too!

Yay! It eases some of the minor resentment I've had towards getting up early in the AM to work out on the Weider!

Thanks to all you guys who have given me suggestions on the resistance training subject, by the way! I still have dozens of questions, but now I feel like I'm actually doing it the right way! And, I feel much more energized going into what is usually a terrible, allergy filled season for me. Woo hoo!

Oh that's AWESOME.

I remember the first time I was lifting something at the gym and I saw shoulder muscles. *thud*

I'm so glad for you!

That is too funny photochick. I had a similar experience. For me it was OMG. What is that? Don't anyone look at me.

Congratulations Shannon! Glad you are having fun and success with your program.

Lydia - I had the same experience. I love my shoulders. Of course everything that pops up as I lose weight is a bit scary. I about died when I saw ribs. What are those?!
