I have a mini goal to lose about 5 lbs a month. So far I'm down 3 lbs since I started, 12 lbs overall. 3 lbs is still 3 lbs though so I'm happy . I have a goal that's a bit bigger that I want to lose 30 lbs by my next birthday which is February. The big goal is to get down to 120-125 though. Wish me luck!
