well the time is almost here again....
one month ends and one months starts....
what are your goals for October?....

mine r:

* to stay determined and motivated....
* to loose 6lbs....
* to get through the month without bingeing....
* to work out everyday....

To hit 150 lbs
To try and cut out or down on Pepsi max.
To hit the gym 3 x a week
And to be happy :)

(Btw love the new signature, I've only lost a lb this month so I'm totally feeling it)

My goals are to:

Finish the JM 30 day shred without skipping!
Lose 10 lbs.
Learn to relax a little more

This month...

1300 - 1400 calories a day
3 - 4 work outs a week
120 lbs (omg that's my goal weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Tone up my body.
Save the last bit to buy a new car :)

October goals:

Eat around 1500-1600 calories per day
Go to the gym at least 5 times per week
Reach 210 pounds (7 pound loss)
Try to up the amount of water I drink to closer to at least 80oz per day

my goal:
- eat enough - no skip meals
- drink enough (which i start to do it like a habbit too, but i just add here to not forget)
- exercise to tone up body - lil by lil :)

my goals this coming month are:
-dont go over 1500 calories a day
-dont snack in the evenings!
-get ready for my quarter marathon on 2nd November

my goal:

I sometimes have trouble eating enough to, it get scared that ill gain weight. However I also have trouble eating tooooo much.

- Back on track and more dedicated to working out 3+ times per week
- Visiting this site at LEAST once a day (I've been slacking..NOT good)
- Be down to 180 by Halloween (Driver's license weight!)
- Get out of this depression/season changing/relationship ending funk

October Goals:

1. To lose 8 lbs.
2. To cut out the alcohol.
3. To work out 4+ times a week -- but at least 4.
4. To drink 80oz of water each day -- I have a problem with staying hydrated, as well.

2. Be happy with every success, even if it is small.

My October goals:

---lose 4 lbs (down to 177.6)
---come up with a meals/snacks/water intake routine at new job. (the routine I had at my old job just isn't working in my new office...need to adapt!)
---work out a minimum of 3 times per week.
---stick to Daily Points budget during the week, save Flex points for weekends.
---try two new vegetables that I've never cooked before.

October goals:

1. Lose 4 lbs. (or 1 lb. per week)
2. Exercise 5+ days a week.
3. Stay between 1500 and 1700 calories AT LEAST 5 days a week.

My mom is coming for a week mid-month and I'm traveling to Philadelphia for a wedding at the end of the month...both of which mean lots of eating out...so...

4. Be VERY careful at restaurants.

Great thread!

My october goals are:

Keep on improving balance between social life/ healthy lifestyle. I realized that I had been skipping out on some social events and blowing people off b/c I was worried about what there would be to eat etc... but that's not too mentally healthy imo. I need to find a balance between the two.

Try to eat more locally, and sustainably (which means cutting back some of my favorite fish).

1. Eat around 1500-1700 calories per day.
2. Get under 200 lbs.
3. Excercise 1500 minutes minimum
4. Run 6 miles in less then an hour

1. At least 30 minutes per day on wii fit.
2. No fast food.
3. Lose 7 pounds!

OK, I'm so in.

1. Lose 4 pounds
2. Gym 5x a week, add more strength training
3. Stay within my calories! (I'm going to try to only cheat Columbus Day weekend when I travel to Chicago. Will be a challenge for sure.)

Me too.

Workout 3X a week
Keep within my calories (1.500 - 1.600)
Drink more water
Limit cheat night to thursdays and thursdays only. I am giving myself permission to enjoy a meal with my dad and boyfriend on thursdays but not permission to ruin the whole week
Explore at least one Hungry Girl menu item a week

My Goals Are:

1. Be in the 140's
2. Write down everything I eat
3. Be binge free
4. Stay away from high GI foods

1. Lose 9 lbs
2. Continue to cut out bad stuff (like MSG which is proving to be very difficult since it's in everything from chicken broth to mrs. dash)
3. Take supplements/vitamins everyday

1) To keep my blood sugar in tighter range (Type 1 diabetic)
2) Go to the gym 3 times a week, one of those days must be a weekend
3)Start my Calorie diary again, to keep my calroies under 1500 a day. :-)
4) My vacation starts the last week in October, so I just hope to feel good by then :-)

Great thread!

My October goals are:
1) Keep up my levels of motivation/determination (visiting this site will definitely help!)

2) Drop 8 lbs. (a biggie for me since I haven't been below 135 in ages, but lack of consistency and bingeing are to blame)

3) Have a binge free month (this will be a toughie with all of the occasions - many birthdays and most importantly the DH & my 2 year anniversary - and Halloween of course)

4) Work out (in some way shape or form) 5 days a week.

Here goes nothing!

*Get a Job (Running low on money!)
*Workout at least 30 min a day!

My goals for October:
Complete my Nike+ goals (had it 4 months, never completed a goal yet!)
Start JM 30 Shred on October 5 and stick with it
Eat more fresh produce
No Pringles! (my number one binge food right now)
No eating past 7 pm unless I am socializing (trust me, it's the extra calories I eat by myself that are the problem)
Be "overweight" by BMI standards (158 lbs)

Get to at least 185/lose 6 pounds
Start going to at least two classes at the gym regularly
Start bringing my lunch from home
