Curious about how often everyone else weighs themselves. I weigh just about everyday but am trying to convice myself to cut it down to once a week.

Hi Noelle!

When I am actively going to WW meetings (I am a Lifetimer, so I don't always go weekly, although I have been lately to try to lose a bit more weight) I only weigh once a week at the meeting. I find if I get on my scale as well, I spend the week playing games with myself. So, I usually put the scale away and just face it at the meeting.
But when I'm not going to meetings, I just weigh myself whenever I feel like it (usually if I am feeling bloated or my clothes feel tight, just to get an idea of where I'm at) Luckily, I've never had a scale obsession so it is not much of a problem for me.

I'm agree with Jen. If I weigh more than once a week, especially if it is on a different scale, I just make myself crazy.

I weigh-in once a week during the WW meeting.. I don't even want to step on a scale during the week. The scale hasn't been my friend for a loooong time
