Me: 183, down half a pound from last week. I think that I would have done even better had I not had gone a bit overboard over my new permanent three day weekend. Still need to work on being more focused during that time. I'm finding it easier to stick to the right way of eating during the 4 day week. Next week, we go to 10 hour days instead of 9, so even less time to mindlessly munch after work!
Weighed in this morning at 155.7 Which I havent been for a while, but I had a good binge yesterday so I know it'll be back up by tomorrow. Off to gym today and I'm going to be super good and if I am I might see the scale start to go back down *fingers crossed*

The scale is still showing 132.5, but I'm confident that it's TOM weight still. I weighed in at 131 last Saturday after plateauing for 3 weeks, so I'm hoping to see 131 again by the weekend. The plateau completely messed with my Samhain challenge goal, and my unofficial, un-tickered goal to be down around 125 by my vacation on October 10. But I have had a lot of NSVs lately, including wearing a teeny tiny pencil skirt to work, and even better, getting compliments on it! So I'm happy to be where I am for the time being.
I am currently up 2 pounds to 229.5. But that's OK..I'm going to wait it out. I woke up bloated and my lower abdomen feels like it's in a huge knot. Looks like it's time for another water fast.
Down 1 pound since last Friday but had a really bad weekend last weekend and was up 2 on Monday so maybe down 3 pounds since Monday? I don't know how to calculate it, I am just happy it is down!!!
210.8 here, not updating my ticker until my Monday morning weigh-in but it's exciting to see the scale moving in the right direction! Hopefully soon I'll be saying good by to the 2-teens and working towards one-derland.
My new scale says 284, which is up 7 pounds. HOWEVER, there are four things for me to consider. First, the old scale (used last week for the 277 weight) broke and my new Tanita scale came in last night, so I'm using a different scale. Factor in PMS (usually a gain of a few pounds), the fact that I'm sick right now, and my still-sore muscles from beginning to exercise, and I have no idea what I actually weigh. I know I've been on plan and have been drinking my water, soooooo.....I'll just keep on keeping on.
