These are great tips and we use many of them already. I think for me #71 is very important becuz by the time we leave our house in the country and get to the store (after the bank and errands), we run into lunchtime and often end up buying something we shouldn't. I agree, have lunch or breakfast first, and then go shopping and take that very important list with you, and stick to it #73 (that means no chippies or other junk foods).

101 -- Here's another tip: try all the lower fat foods at least once; many of them taste great like low-fat peanut butter, cheeze whiz, salad dressings, sour cream, cream cheese, and cottage cheese, etc.

102 -- Cheese slices have less fat and calories than cheddar for instance, so switch to that and save.

103 -- Search out restaurants that you can have healthier meals and that let you choose the menu like having a lean piece of grilled chicken or steak with a side salad instead of blah veggies; and/or a baked potato instead of fries.

Thanks for posting this list.
